In this webinar, we’ll explore practical strategies to evolve your internal communications to ensure your messages are reaching the right people in the right way.

From there, we’ll lead you through practical steps to developing an effective internal communications plan. Finally, we’ll discuss implementation, follow-through, and expectation management to ensure your new plan serves you for the long-haul.

You’ll leave with a framework for designing a practical internal communications plan at your library and handouts to help you get there.

We are excited to host our DIY Strategic Planning series again this November! This three-part virtual workshop series, hosted by Fast Forward Libraries founder and lead consultant, Amanda Standerfer, provides you with everything you need to facilitate a strategic planning process at your library.

The DIY Strategic Planning Series is segmented into three workshops:

  1. Workshop 1: LEARN — Understand how to gather internal and external data that informs the process.
  2. Workshop 2: DREAM — Design Board and Staff retreat sessions to build plan elements collaboratively.
  3. Workshop 3: DO— Bring it together with plan documents and transition to implementation!
