We are excited to host our DIY Strategic Planning series again this November! This three-part virtual workshop series, hosted by Fast Forward Libraries founder and lead consultant, Amanda Standerfer, provides you with everything you need to facilitate a strategic planning process at your library.
The DIY Strategic Planning Series is segmented into three workshops:
- Workshop 1: LEARN — Understand how to gather internal and external data that informs the process.
- Workshop 2: DREAM — Design Board and Staff retreat sessions to build plan elements collaboratively.
- Workshop 3: DO— Bring it together with plan documents and transition to implementation!
