Is your library preparing for a strategic planning process in the next year? Join us for this 3-part series to walk through the entire process. We’ll cover the three phases of the strategic planning process:

LEARN – how to gather internal and external data that informs the process

DREAM – design Board and Staff retreat sessions to build plan elements collaboratively

DO – bring it together with plan documents and transition to implementation

Besides tons of examples and templates, you’ll also have time to collaborate with and learn from other participants in breakout rooms.

*Sessions will be recorded (except for breakout rooms) and provided to participants to access for 1 year.

**Register for Session 1 and you will later receive the calendar/Zoom confirmation for Sessions 2 and 3.
